RestWise is designed to be a local-first application. This means:

• We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on any external servers.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

Health Data

RestWise is a sleep and wellness app. As part of its core functionality, the app may store health-related information on your device, including:

• Sleep-related journal entries and reflections you write
• Your progress through the ACT-I guided program
• Willingness logs and mindfulness practice records

This health-related data is used solely to provide the app's features to you. It is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. RestWise does not access Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or any other system health platform.

Data Security

Since your data is stored on your device, its security depends on your device's settings (passcodes, biometrics). If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be removed.
