Yes. RestWise is designed with privacy first. All your journal entries, sleep logs, and progress data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal health data on our servers.
You can reset your data in the Settings tab within the app. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your recorded logs and milestones.
